About Kelly-Thomas
Four decades of family-owned general contracting experience, with the personal touch that started it all.

Our story
Kelly-Thomas Inc. was founded in 1986 by two carpenters with a dream: to build a family-owned company that provided the Greater Seattle area with quality general contracting services while never losing the personal touch.
What began with two craftsmen and a shared vision has grown into a company with four decades of experience. Since 1986, Kelly-Thomas has successfully completed thousands of projects, both big and small, building lasting relationships with clients along the way.
Through the years, the company has grown and evolved, but the values it was founded on have remained the same. We believe in quality workmanship, honest communication, dependable service, and treating every project as if it were our own.
Today, Kelly-Thomas Inc. is proud to continue its tradition as a family-owned commercial general contractor serving the Greater Seattle area. From small improvements to large commercial projects, our goal is simple: understand our client's vision and make it a reality.
Big or small, we do them all.
How the work is protected
Kelly-Thomas works toward a high standard throughout the project—not just at the end—helping reduce closeout delays that can affect move-in schedules.
Safety comes first in the work, protecting clients, subcontractors, employees, and the environments where construction takes place.
Clear coordination helps surface constraints, connect decisions to the schedule, and keep owners and project partners informed.

Sustainable construction
Kelly-Thomas believes in the sustainability of the world’s resources and looks for practical opportunities to recycle or repurpose building materials. Demolition waste is recycled where possible to reduce the burden on landfills.
