Browser storage

This site uses first-party browser storage for two site features:

• kt-cookie-consent-v1 in local storage remembers whether you chose Necessary only or accepted optional analytics. The current operational expiry is 180 days; this is a configurable site setting, not a universal legal period. If storage is unavailable, optional analytics stays off and the choice prompt remains available.
• kt-theme in local storage remembers the light or dark theme selected with the site control. It remains until browser storage is cleared.

These are local-storage entries, not cookies. The consent entry is necessary to remember your choice; theme storage supports your selected display preference.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-ZDENHJ0BQ0 and is not requested unless you select Accept all. If enabled, this site sends a page-view event containing the page path and a general site title; it does not intentionally send form contents, query-string values, or custom form events. Google may receive standard browser and usage information and may set analytics cookies. Google processes information under its own terms and settings. The retention configuration for the Google Analytics property has not been verified here.

Select Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. Choosing Necessary only stops further analytics collection in this browser and attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site. It cannot recall information already sent or guarantee removal of provider-side or otherwise inaccessible data.

Contact form and security

If you send an inquiry, the form submits the information you provide to Kelly-Thomas Inc. for a response. Brevo and recipient mailbox providers are used for email delivery and receive the inquiry as needed to deliver it. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on the contact page when form-security configuration enables it; the challenge is verified with Cloudflare, which may receive connection and challenge information. Do not include sensitive information in the form.

Maps

The embedded OpenStreetMap view is not loaded automatically. If you select Load map, your browser requests map content from OpenStreetMap without sending this page as a referrer; the provider may still receive your connection information. The separate Open in Google Maps link also leaves this site only when you activate it. Provider privacy terms apply to those visits.
